I’m not an agency guy. I’m an operator.
I’ve been in the trenches for fourteen years. I started out running media for other people’s brands, learned what worked, then went and built my own. One of those brands hit $15 million.
Then I lost it. Lost the team, lost the brand, lost the money in the bank. The kind of loss you don’t recover from in a quarter. The kind you sit with.
Most of what I know about marketing, I learned from that loss. I learned that ads aren’t the engine. The engine is the boring stuff — the page, the flows, the offer, the sequence the customer walks through. The ads are the gas pedal. If the engine isn’t built, the gas pedal just burns money faster.
So I rebuilt. From scratch. New brands, new clients, new system. The system became the playbook. The playbook became Scale Up.
Today I run eleven brands with a small team and a stack of AI agents. We’ve moved $1.5 billion across the brands and the accounts we’ve worked on. Three of those brands — Stayfull, Mortero, Promoted to Mom — are case studies on this site. The numbers are real. The system is the same one I’d give you.
